Election meeting 2023 ~ 8.12.2023, 18:00
You are invited to Entropy's election meeting 2023! It will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at 6pm at Vaasankatu sauna and cabinet, Vaasankatu 10, top floor, Helsinki.
After the official agenda, you can stay and play pool, go to sauna and hang out with us – bring your own towels and refreshments!

- Opening of the meeting
- Declaration of quorum
- Selection of meeting officers
- Approval of agenda
- Announcements
- Discussion about officers for term 2024
- Selection of board members for term 2024
- Selection of officers for term 2024
- Selection of two action inspectors and their personal deputy members

At least the following board members will be chosen:
- Chairperson
- Vice Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Head of Communications
Up to 19 additional board members can be chosen if needed.

- Responsible for technics
- Responsible for communication channels
- Resposible for rentals
- Responsible for clubroom
- 1-2 Harassment contact persons
- Performance inspectors and their alternates

EXECUTIVE OFFICERS:
- Technics Officer (Familiar with the technology used by the association. Keeps the equipment in use in good working order. If necessary, handles purchases from e.g. Thomann. Keeps an eye on the equipment and devices in use.)
- Communications Officer (The Communications Officer works closely with the Spokesperson. The main tasks of the Communications Officer are to communicate and advertise the club's activities.)
- Renting Officer( The Renting Officer will liaise with hirers, book the property to be rented on the renting block and set the rental rates for customers. The rental manager is also responsible for making sure someone comes to drop off and pick up the items from the renters. )
- Clubroom Manager (The Clubroom Manager supervises the activities of the clubroom, e.g. by making sure that there is enough drinks in the fridge (i.e. by getting them themselves or having someone go to the shop if necessary, by keeping an eye on the general order, and by having people clean up if necessary, etc.).
- 1-2 Harassment contact persons (The Entropy Harassment Contact Person is a member of Entropy who has attended/is going to attend a specialist training course organised by AYY. Their role is to be an impartial support for anyone who has experienced discrimination, harassment or inappropriate treatment of any kind. The harassment liaison officer is bound by confidentiality.)
