Welcome to the planning meeting of 'Dynni'. 'Dynni' came into discussion among Entropy members as an idea of having a cozy, desert-themed party as we slowly transition into spring. Nearly a year has passed since that first spark of inspiration, and now it’s time to turn the vision into reality.
The concept is still taking shape, and many key elements remain to be defined. During this meeting, we will discuss and decide on:
- Finalizing the theme
- Discussing possible venues
- Tentative dates for the event.
- Appointing main responsible persons and organizing roles.
